At the Annapolis Trust Center for Education and Leadership, we believe in the importance of promoting positive social-emotional learning in children to prevent bullying. Our anti-bullying curriculum is based on this philosophy and aims to empower children with the knowledge and skills to respond to bullying in constructive and healthy ways.

In addition to teaching children to treat others the way they want to be treated, we also provide them with group and individual activities that help them develop the tools and vocabulary necessary to confront bullying effectively. Our curriculum focuses on teaching specific strategies that can be used to defuse bullying situations, such as assertive communication and conflict resolution.

At our Center, participants aged 6-19 engage in a variety of activities designed to promote self-confidence and positive self-esteem. We believe that when children feel good about themselves, they are more likely to engage in positive actions and treat others with kindness and respect.

Our curriculum also emphasizes the importance of empathy and understanding others' perspectives. We believe that by promoting empathy and understanding, we can help children develop a deeper appreciation for diversity and build stronger, more inclusive communities.

In summary, our anti-bullying curriculum at the Annapolis Trust Center for Education and Leadership is a comprehensive program that promotes positive social-emotional learning, empowers children with the tools and skills to confront bullying, and fosters a sense of empathy and inclusivity.
