Reginald Broddie

Reginald Broddie is the co-founder of the Annapolis & Anne Arundel Scholarship Trust and is responsible for the executive leadership and direction of the organization. With a 35-year career as a strategic and innovative leader whose skills in creating vision, executing action plans; encouraging positive community relationships have resulted in success building capacity and sustainability in the non-profit sector.

​As leader of the Annapolis & Anne Arundel County Boys & Girls Clubs for almost 25 years, Reggie was responsible for a $5.4 million budget, providing leadership to six club locations and over 100 staff members. He spearheaded a $30 million campaign to build the Bates facility for Seniors and Youth and went before Maryland legislation to secure the largest bond bill in state history in 2006. Read Full Bio

Jamison Boyd

Born in the heart of Washington, DC, Jamison Boyd has emerged as a dynamic force in the Information Technology landscape. Co-Founder of JTServices LLC, he combines over 15+ years of self-taught expertise with a formal education from George Washington University in Cybersecurity. Jamison's journey into IT began with a thirst for knowledge that transcended traditional education. This hunger led him to amass a wealth of experience, equipping him with a deep understanding of the intricacies of technology. His CompTIA certifications in A+, Network+, and Security+ are a testament to his commitment to mastering the foundational and advanced aspects of IT. Tierra Snowden

Born and raised in the charming city of Annapolis, she is a devoted mother of two children, Tae, who is 18 years old, and Jai, who is 6 years old. As a testament to her tenacity and dedication, she broke the mold as a first-generation college student. She is also a proud former AACS Trust scholar, a program that recognizes exceptional students who demonstrate an unwavering commitment to their education.

She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the esteemed University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 2006. This achievement was a significant milestone in her academic journey. However, her thirst for knowledge didn't stop there. She further pursued her academic endeavors and earned a Master of Business Administration from Strayer University in 2018. This degree equipped her with a robust understanding of business administration, which she effectively utilizes in her professional life .Read Full Bio

Dr.Eric Elston

A devoted servant leader, Dr. Eric Elstone has dedicated his life to inspiring and motivating our youth. For the last 25 years, Eric stands as a driving force for positive change. A graduate of, and ultimately serving on the Board of Directors of Leadership Anne Arundel Flagship program underscores his commitment to community development. Currently, he holds positions on various boards, including the Kunta Kante-Alex Haley Foundation, Annapolis and Anne Arundel Scholarship Trust, Wiley H. Bates Legacy Center and was appointed by the Mayor as an Annapolis Heritage Area Commissioner. Beyond his community engagement, Eric is immersed in producing two impactful documentaries addressing the intricate issues of race, culture, and education in America which have been screened at film festivals .Read Full Bio
